We pride ourselves in responding to you quickly. We actually answer our phone but if we are out of the office or on the phone with someone else, please leave a message and we will get back to you within a few hours (if the message is left after 5pm, it will be returned first thing in the morning). The same procedure applies for emails and text messages. You will not have to wait long for a reply for any form of communication.

VIDEO & PHONE SESSION INFORMATION
The video session connection we use is being provided by the service doxy.me. This service is designed specifically for health care professionals and therapists. It’s very easy to use. It is very secure and is HIPAA compliant. This is very important to us to make sure that these sessions are, and will always be, completely confidential.
You will not have to install any software or applications. Everything is done through a link you receive in an email. There are no fees to you for the actual video service (just your normal session fee). You will just need a camera and microphone attached to your device with an internet connection. You can use any kind of PC or Mac, smartphone, tablet, or laptop.
When it’s time for your video session, we will send you an “invitation” via email right before your session that contains a link that connects you to the video session. Just click on the link in the email and then you’ll be prompted to enter your name and then click on Check In (like entering the waiting room in an office). We’ll get a message saying you are checked in and then we’ll start the session from our end.
Appointment Policies
We are also very flexible in changing appointments if you need to. All you have to do is contact us at least 24 hours in advance.

Additionally, we provide appointment reminders, via any method you choose, the day before your appointment.

Appointment Times
They are generally scheduled on the hour, every hour (except from 12 noon to 1pm).
Monday – Friday:
First Appointment at 9am
All sessions are by appointment only.
*In certain circumstances we can make special arrangements for other times
