Confidentiality & Protection of Your Information

Your personal information is extremely important to us and is highly protected. All your “paperwork” information is double locked – locked cabinet and locked office. Computer records are not stored on the “cloud.” No one from the outside has access to your information. The only people who have access to your information are Louisa and her staff, and your information is not shared with anyone (spouse, relative, partner, attorney, employer, etc.) NO ONE can see your information unless you give specific permission.*

Fee

$180 per hour session (an hour is considered 50-55 minutes)

Insurance

We’re sorry but we do not take insurance, nor do we file with any insurance companies. However, we can provide you with an itemized receipt, which is called a “Superbill.” You can use this to file a claim yourself with your insurance company. This is the form they usually require.
